Karen Wilcox Lewis is an Adjunct Professor of Forensic Science and Fire & Arson Investigations, and the Coordinator of the Administration of Justice Collegian Center at Prince George’s Community College (PGCC). Her courses introduce students to the scientific discipline directed at the recognition, identification, and evaluation of physical evidence through the application of the natural sciences, to criminal investigation, and provide them with the study of the standards or guidelines for proper fire scene investigation. Through the Center, students are afforded personalized assistance in their disciplines in a unique environment, conducive to intellectual, academic, and scholarly pursuits. Further, the Collegian Center fosters cohesiveness and discipline identity amongst its student members.
Mrs. Wilcox Lewis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science; Associate of Applied Science Degrees in Fire Science and Business Management; Certificates in Disaster Recovery and Risk Management, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship Management; and a Letter of Recognition in International Management.
